Do you work alongside our existing vendors and platforms?
Yes. We’re vendor-neutral and regularly work next to system integrators, SaaS vendors and in-house teams. The canonical model is designed to sit above whatever platforms you already run.
Is there a minimum engagement size?
The smallest engagement is a fixed-scope architecture assessment. From there you can continue with a delivery squad, a managed data operations retainer, or take the roadmap in-house.
Can you work under our security and access policies?
That’s the default. We work inside your cloud tenancy with named, least-privilege accounts, and we’re happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion.
Do you support existing pipelines you didn’t build?
